Num Yummy

In celebration of Alex's 5 month Birthday Ben and I decided it was time to see if he would eat some cereal. He really enjoyed it and ate the entire serving that was prepared. As you can see it was fun and messy!!

Alex's first tooth is progressing nicely and is as sharp tack. Nursing is still going well, no bite marks just in case you were wondering. Today we discovered his second bottom tooth starting to cut already. No wonder he has been a bit cranky! We took a picture...as you can kind of see the first tooth poking out and the outline of the second. If  you are not able to see it we will take progression pictures.

Other fun Alex tid bits... He really does enjoy car rides. He doesn't fall asleep as fast as mom, which is a good thing (I think). He loves bath time, splashing in the tub and playing with the rubber ducky. He is still working on becoming mobile. He is getting his butt far up in the air at times and then falls over, it is really fun to watch. There definitely is no more leaving him unattended with any thing in arms reach that we don't want in his mouth, that includes Daisy. She is loving it though. Alex is now moving toward her and petting her (which looks like grabbing her head most of the time). Good thing Ben spent all of that time pulling on her in preparation. :o)
